Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days. International shipping timelines vary (typically 7–15 working days). 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by our courier service, Femme Flora is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and track their parcel using the tracking details provided.

If you are unable to locate your package after delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly for further assistance. Femme Flora will not issue refunds or replacements for items that show as delivered.
